Winter Weather Advisory issued January 16 at 11:49PM EST until January 17 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5
inches.

* WHERE...In New York, Delaware and Sullivan Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, and Southern
Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly upslope flow will help enhance
snowfall totals across south facing higher elevations.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
