Good morning, Bayou Vista!
With our police department now fully staffed and led by Chief Danny Sendejas, our full-time officers bring a combined 162 years of law enforcement experience. Add in our reserve officers’ 113 years, and that’s an incredible 275 years of experience protecting our community.
I’m not sure BVPD has ever had this level of experience—and it shows. Outstanding job, Chief, assembling such an elite team!
