Lake Effect Snow Warning issued January 2 at 2:04AM EST until January 2 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 3 and 7 inches.
* WHERE...Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions with slower travel
likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning
commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow, with snowfall rates up to
one inch per hour at times, are expected through daybreak Friday.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
