Winter Weather Advisory issued December 27 at 12:35PM EST until December 29 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

...FREEZING RAIN LIKELY SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND OVERNIGHT...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around two
tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...In New York, Delaware and Sullivan Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike,
Southern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Sunday to 4 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher elevations will see the higher amounts
of ice accumulations as temperatures remain below freezing longer.
The Wyoming Valley and deeper river valleys of the Susquehanna and
Delaware rivers will be warmer and see lower accumulations of ice.

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.
