* WHERE...In Ohio, Lorain, Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore,
Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Medina, and Summit Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties.
* WHEN...From late Sunday night through late Monday night.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
