Winter Storm Watch issued December 25 at 2:01AM EST until December 26 at 10:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to one
quarter of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel will be difficult. Ice
accumulations may lead to damage to trees and power lines, with
power outages possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing
rain is expected to arrive Friday morning, transitioning to mostly
freezing rain early Friday afternoon. Freezing rain will end
Friday night. Potential for ice accumulations of a quarter inch or
more is greatest south of I-90 and east of I-79.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter
storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains,
booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help
you survive in case you become stranded.
