2026 Residential Garbage/Recycle Pick Up Schedule

The City of Latrobe will assume responsibility for all residential garbage and recycling collection starting January 2026. We are thrilled to be providing our residents with ultimate satisfaction throughout this transition.
Please find attached the list of garbage collection days along with the corresponding streets. New route collection will start: January 5, 2026.
What you should do:
• Please place your recycling and trash at the curb/alley the night before your scheduled pickup.
• Our collection crews may begin as early as 6:00 a.m.
Important timing note:
• Collection times may vary from week to week, as we perfect the routes. To help ensure you are not missed, have your items out the night before.
As a reminder the black and orange toter is for RECYCLE only, and the blue toter (should you have one) is for GARBAGE. If you do not have a BLUE garbage toter, please continue to sticker all bags for pick up.
*If you place trash in the recycle bin, it will not be collected, and you will need to remove it before your next scheduled pickup day. *
