Snow Squall Warning issued December 11 at 6:05PM EST until December 11 at 6:45PM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Snow Squall Warning for...
Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 PM EST.

* At 605 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located over Pocono
Pines, or near Mount Pocono, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than
one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.

SOURCE...Radar and webcams.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

This includes portions of Interstate 80 and 380 in Monroe County.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Pocono, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Stormville, Henryville,
Pocono Pines, Pocono Raceway, Delaware Water Gap, Skytop,
Tannersville, Mountainhome, Alpine Mountain, Long Pond, Reeders,
Analomink, McMichael, Canadensis, Scotrun, Paradise Valley, and
Gouldsboro State Park.

Slow Down! Rapid changes in visibility and road conditions are
expected with this dangerous snow squall. Be alert for sudden
whiteout conditions.
