* WHERE...Coastal Dixie and Inland Dixie Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
