Public safety announcement from BVFD.
If you need to call THE FIRE DEPARTMENT for service, BVFD, EMS please do not call the non emergency number.
If no one is in the office we might not know about it.
The way to contact us for emergency is 911.
We are getting calls on non emergency number for actual emergencies.
911 gathers a lot of pre dispatch info for us. Please remember seconds do matter sometimes and being toned out lets others know we are going on a call
