ATTENTION: ALL LIGONIER BOROUGH PROPERTY OWNERS
It is the responsibility of ALL Ligonier Borough property owners to keep their sidewalks free and clear of all debris, including ICE and SNOW according to:
Ligonier Borough Ordinance 582, Article I Streets and Sidewalks, Section 135-3 Responsibility of Property Owner.
