Description
The potential issue has been identified. In coordination with West Penn Power, crews will be performing a series of tests to help isolate the problem. During these tests, power may temporarily come back on and then go out again. This is part of the diagnostic process and will help West Penn Power pinpoint the exact cause, enabling repairs to be completed as quickly as possible.
