Wind Advisory issued November 16 at 5:24PM EST until November 17 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Most of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Winds this strong will make driving difficult at times, especially
for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
