Wind Advisory issued November 16 at 12:34PM EST until November 17 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...West to northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50
mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds are expected this afternoon
and evening, especially over the exposed hilltop locations.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
