Wind Advisory issued November 15 at 6:42PM EST until November 17 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds are expected Sunday
afternoon and evening, especially over the exposed hilltop
locations.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
