Cold Weather Advisory issued November 10 at 12:16AM EST until November 11 at 8:00AM EST by NWS Tallahassee FL
* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
26 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 19 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of the Big Bend and Panhandle of Florida and
south central and southwest Georgia.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 9 PM EST /8 PM CST/ this
evening to 8 AM EST /7 AM CST/ Tuesday. For the Cold Weather
Advisory, from 11 PM EST /10 PM CST/ this evening to 8 AM EST /7
AM CST/ Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
