Red Flag Warning issued November 9 at 12:45PM CST until November 10 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Houston/Galveston TX
...Red Flag Warning Remains in Effect for Southeast Texas Through
Monday...
* WINDS...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 19 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading
rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local
burn restrictions and burn bans.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will
create explosive fire growth potential.
