Where: Food and toys will be collected at the bottom of the steps to the commercial area.
It’s time for Pennsbury’s annual Holiday Community Food and Toy Drive on Saturday, November 22 from 10 am to noon.
Food Collection:
Food collected benefits the Crafton Ingram Community Food Pantry.
All types of non-perishable food items are needed. Requested items are: canned soups, crackers, ramen noodles, canned vegetables and fruits, peanut butter, jelly, canned chicken/tuna, pasta (specifically spaghetti) and pasta sauces, cereal, cake and muffin mixes, hand/laundry/dish soaps, cleaning supplies, pet supplies and paper products. No expired goods please.
Cash donations and checks made payable to “Crafton Ingram Food Pantry” are also welcome.
Toy Drive:
We are continuing our collaboration with the Carnegie Police Department and Toys for Tots to collect NEW, UNWRAPPED toys for ages newborn through 15. If you miss the in-person collection of toys, you can drop off your donated items at the Carnegie Borough Building Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm. Last day to donate is Friday, December 5.
