Wind Advisory issued November 4 at 1:08PM EST until November 6 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster,
Lebanon, Perry, and York Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects including patio furniture
and holiday decorations.
