The National Weather Service in League City has issued a
* Special Marine Warning for...
Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
Galveston Bay...
* Until 745 PM CDT.
* At 718 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located near high island
moving south of 15 knots, with outflow from these storms extending
from East Galveston Bay to Galveston Bay, moving southwest at 15
knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

Galveston Ship Channel, Galveston Bay Entrance, Galveston Bay, Buoy
42035, Offatts Bayou, North Jetty, Galveston Pier 21, Galveston
150, High Island 157, Galveston Causeway, Rollover Pass, High

Galveston Bay, and northeastern West Bay.
