At 116 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary with
trailing showers, producing winds to around 30 knots with isolated
higher gusts up to 34 knots near thunderstorms. This boundary was
located along a line extending from near Rollover Pass to West Bay
to 10 nm north of Bastrop Bay to 31 nm northwest of Christmas Bay,
moving south at 20 knots.
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
