Flood Watch issued July 31 at 2:46PM EDT until August 1 at 6:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon,
Montour, Northumberland, Perry and Schuylkill.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of heavy rain with rates between 1 to 2 inches per
hour are possible into early evening. Localized rainfall
totals up to 2 inches are possible. This may result in flash
flooding.
