Special Weather Statement issued July 14 at 6:19PM EDT by NWS Tallahassee FL

At 619 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Manattee Road, or 8 miles west of Chiefland, moving southwest at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Horseshoe Point, Suwannee, Horseshoe Beach, Shired Island, Old Town,
Yellow Jacket, and Fanning Springs.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
