The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
South central Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania...
Southeastern York County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 535 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cross Roads,
moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Quarryville, Stewartstown, Delta, Wakefield, Cross Roads, Holtwood,
Sunnyburn, Susquehanna Trails, Fawn Grove, Little Britain, Buck,
and Peach Bottom.

Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm near
Stewartstown. Although a tornado is not immediately likely,
tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms.

Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.

Very heavy rainfall is occurring with this severe thunderstorm, and
may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
