Ligonier Street from Minehan to Main Street will be closed tomorrow from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. for the First Annual Put Your Chair Out Block Party, getting ready for Latrobe's 4th of July Celebration! Live music, Craft and Food Vendors, BINGO, Childrens activities, and of course neighborly chair talk time. Visit Carmines and The Rusty Musket for cold beverages and fellowship!
