* Flash Flood Warning for...
Central Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
South Central Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
Indiana County in west central Pennsylvania...
* Until 315 PM EDT.
* At 1215 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain over Black Lick, or near Homer City, moving east at 15
mph. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

McChesneytown-Loyalhanna, Blairsville, Derry, Delmont, Lawson
Heights, Black Lick, Clymer, Avonmore, Saltsburg, New Florence,
New Alexandria, Chevy Chase Heights, Seward, Bolivar and Marion
Center.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
