REMINDER: Pennsylvania Fireworks Law
--> Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess and use consumer fireworks.
--> They cannot be ignited or discharged on public or private property without expressed permission of the property owner.
--> They cannot be discharged toward a person, vehicle, or building.
--> They cannot be discharged while the person is under the influence of alcohol, a controlled substance or another drug.
--> THEY CANNOT BE DISCHARGED WITHIN 150 FEET OF AN OCCUPIED STRUCTURE.
Please obey this law and have consideration for your neighbors and pets.
