Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued June 26 at 6:51PM EDT until June 26 at 7:30PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 651 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Glenmoore to Delta, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Paradise, Quarryville, Gap, Delta, Wakefield, Smithville, Holtwood,
Sunnyburn, Susquehanna Trails, Christiana, Georgetown, and Fawn
Grove.
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
