Description
Road restoration from utility projects will commence inside the Borough tomorrow, June 4th, beginning at W Water St and 194. We do not have a total time frame yet. Door hangers are supposed to be put out by Kinsley today. While this is happening, the Borough is also paying to have other roads done (W Water, High, Cheapside, Clinton, W Fleet St one way, St James).
This restoration/improvement project is a cooperative effort between York Water, Columbia Gas, Kinsley, and the Borough. This will give is REAL paved streets instead of tar and chip surfaces and the cooperation will save the Borough tens of thousands of dollars in street repair costs.
Please do not park in these affected areas until finished. Street parking may get you towed, so please do not park on these streets in the affected areas. Thank you.
