Tarentum Borough has been made aware of a scam involving a phone number impersonating our office to collect utility payments. The number 877-964-5671 is NOT affiliated with Tarentum Borough in any way.
How to Safely Pay Your Utility Bill:
Use our official automated phone system (IVR) by calling 724-224-1818 and pressing Option 1
Pay online via our official website
Pay in person at the Borough building.
Important:
Borough staff members will NEVER take payment over the phone; we use an automated system that residents call in to.
To ensure you’re using the correct number, do not dial it directly from memory or a saved contact. Instead, always call 724-224-1818 and follow the prompts.
