* Special Marine Warning for...
Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
Galveston Bay...
* Until 745 AM CDT.
* At 659 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 nm north of
Galveston 256, moving northeast at 20 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

East Galveston Bay, Galveston Ship Channel, Tabs Buoy B, Galveston
Bay Entrance, Buoy 42035, Offatts Bayou, North Jetty, Galveston
221, Galveston Pier 21, Galveston 150, Smith Point, Galveston
Causeway, Rollover Pass, High Island 63, High Island A179, The
Texas City Dike, Eagle Point, southern Galveston Bay, and
northeastern West Bay.
Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
