Notice to All Residents
We are currently performing crack sealing on all roadways throughout the community. Please use extreme caution when driving or walking in areas where sealing is being applied.
Important Safety Reminder:
The sealed areas can be very slippery, posing a hazard to both vehicles and pedestrians. We kindly ask everyone to slow down, stay alert, and avoid these areas when possible until the material has fully cured.
