Description
The Borough of Tarentum would like to inform residents and businesses around 6th Avenue that you may experience temporary water discoloration today. An outside contractor was completing work on a water project, and the Borough had to briefly turn the water service on and off to allow the project to be completed.
The pipe work is now finished, but as water flow normalizes, you may notice some discoloration over the next few hours. This is expected and should clear up as the system stabilizes.
