Special Weather Statement issued March 31 at 7:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 700 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Delta, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Wakefield, Little Britain, Delta, Susquehanna Trails, and Peach
Bottom.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
