Flood Watch issued February 13 at 2:30PM EST until February 16 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Guernsey and Muskingum, Pennsylvania, including
the following areas, Allegheny, Fayette, Greene, Washington and
Westmoreland, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia,
including the following areas, Brooke, Marshall and Ohio.
* WHEN...From Saturday morning through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is a potential for 1.5 to 2 inches of rain Saturday
into Sunday.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
