Flood Watch issued January 31 at 8:27PM EST until February 1 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

Additional overnight rainfall is expected to be fairly light
overall. However, runoff from the earlier rain, plus the continued
potential for ice jams, will continue to create strong rises/action
stages on the Cheat and Upper Monongahela Rivers, and potentially
localized flooding issues.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rainfall runoff and/or ice jams
continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Fayette, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland and Westmoreland and northern West Virginia,
including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker,
Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern
Preston and Western Tucker.

* WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Rapid rises on rivers from rain and snow melt
exacerbated by ice jams may result in localized flood issues.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
