Wind Advisory issued January 28 at 1:20PM EST until January 29 at 5:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 8 AM to 5 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur before a sharp
cold front moves through from the north.
