Lake Effect Snow Warning issued January 13 at 2:53AM EST until January 16 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 7 and 15 inches. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Tuesday to 1 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday morning and evening and Wednesday morning
commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall amounts will occur over
northern Erie County.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
