On behalf of the City Council, a huge "thank you" to community member, Chris Roper, for her outstanding contribution to Bayou Vista, Original Bayou Vista, and Omega Bay by writing this reference guide to help us understand how our canal systems work and the obligation we all share in protecting our beautiful canals.
