Spring Garden and York Townships are embarking on an exciting journey to shape the future of your community through the development of a multi-municipal comprehensive plan! The goal of this joint comprehensive planning effort is to analyze both municipalities as a geographic area to coordinate regulatory, service, and capital improvement decisions and ensure the collective vision of both municipalities for growth, development, and sustainability. It serves as a guide for decision-making, addressing critical topics such as land use, transportation, housing, economic development, agricultural and environmental conservation, and community services.
As part of the multi-municipal comprehensive plan development process, a Community Survey is available to give residents an opportunity to share their insights on how they would like their community to handle growth and change over the next decade, manage major issues and opportunities, and what topics the plan should prioritize.
