Flood Watch issued August 18 at 2:07AM EDT until August 19 at 2:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, Carbon and Monroe.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain and thunderstorms associated with an approaching
cold front will produce widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 3
inches with locally higher amounts of 4 inches or more
possible.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
