Flood Watch issued August 8 at 6:04PM EDT until August 10 at 1:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following
area, New Castle and Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Berks, Carbon, Eastern Chester, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, Upper
Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...Through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall associated with the remnants of Debby will
produce rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with locally higher
amounts of 3 to 5 inches or more.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
