The Pop-Up Library at Chalfant Servicemen's Memorial Park has been canceled for tomorrow, July 9th.
The Braddock Carnegie Library Association follows Department of Human Services guidelines and does not hold outdoor programming for children when the temperature and/or heat index is forecasted to be 90 degrees or higher.
