The Emlenton Borough office has Formal Compliant to Proposed Rate Increase forms. These forms are for any Aqua costumers that are opposed to the rate increase. Forms need to be filled out and sent to PUC by July 22,2024. Also can go on line at www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/default.aspx.
