Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued June 29 at 3:00PM EDT until June 29 at 3:30PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 300 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lawson Heights,
or near Latrobe, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported trees and wires down south of
Greensburg.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
power outages.
Locations impacted include...
Greensburg, Latrobe, McChesneytown-Loyalhanna, Derry, Lawson Heights,
Ligonier, Calumet-Norvelt, Youngstown, Laurel Mountain, Loyalhanna
Gorge, Laurel Mountain State Park, and Acme.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for southwestern
Pennsylvania.

building.
