1. Text to Pay Now Enabled Managing your bills has never been easier! We are pleased to introduce a new Text to Pay feature. You can now make payments quickly and securely by simply sending a text message. This new service is designed to provide you with a hassle-free payment option right at your fingertips.
2. Bill Due Date Reminders Never miss a payment again with our new Bill Due Date Reminders. We will send you timely notifications to remind you of upcoming due dates, ensuring that you stay on top of your bills and avoid any late fees.
3. Online Portal User Guides To help you make the most of our online services, we have developed comprehensive Online Portal User Guides. These guides will walk you through the various features and functionalities of our online portal, making it easier for you to navigate and utilize the system effectively.

Enhanced Service Requests We are excited to announce that we will soon be launching an enhanced service request feature on our online portal. Residents will be able to notify the Borough directly through the portal about issues such as street light outages, code enforcement concerns, potholes, and other relevant matters. These requests will be automatically routed to the correct department for prompt attention and resolution.
