We’re excited to announce a lineup of community events and activities that will brighten your spring and summer! There’s something for everyone in Tarentum, so mark your calendars and prepare for fun, community, and excitement!
1. Tarentum Night Market
When: Second Thursday of the Month, from May through August, starting at 5:00 PM
Where: Corbet Street
Details: Enjoy an evening of shopping, music, and dining options at our Night Market. Local artisans,
crafters, and vendors offer unique goods and services. Live music and food trucks will add to the festive
atmosphere!
2. Ultimate Pickup Frisbee
When: Every Wednesday, starting May 15th, from 6:00 PM to dusk.
Where: Next to Tarentum’s Community Garden and Dreshar Stadium
Details: Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, join us for Ultimate Pickup Frisbee! It’s a great way
to stay active and meet new friends. No experience necessary—just show up and play!
3. Tarentum Farmers Market
When: Every Wednesday, beginning June 12th and running through October 16th, from 9 AM to 1 PM
Where: 10th Avenue & Lock Street
Details: The Farmers Market is back with fresh produce, homemade goods, and local treats.
4. Recreation Board's Summer Concert Series
When: See the flyer for dates, times, and artists.
Where: Carl. J. Magnetta Jr. Amphitheater in Riverview Memorial Park
Details: Unwind with the Recreation Board’s Summer Concert Series featuring a variety of bands and musical
acts.
