* Until 830 PM EDT.
* At 751 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Shanor-Northvue to near Sarver to Fox Chapel,
moving northeast at 65 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.
IMPACT...Trees snapped and uprooted. Power outages can be
expected.

Butler, Clarion, Kittanning, Brookville, Knox, Rimersburg, New
Kensington, Lower Burrell, Harrison Township, O'hara Township,
Homeacre-Lyndora, Oakmont, Fox Chapel, Arnold, Shanor-Northvue,
Tarentum, Natrona Heights, Meridian, Sharpsburg, and Brackenridge.
This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 43 and 48.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 43 and 81.
These storms have a history of producing damaging wind.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for
southwestern, northwestern and west central Pennsylvania.
