Description
Dover Township is currently being mandated to conduct a water service line inventory. This is being enforced by DEP and the EPA. If you remember hearing about a town in Michigan called “Flint”, it all stems from that. Dover Township had to randomly select properties within our water distribution system to verify the service line material. We mailed letters to those properties this week. At this current moment, they are the only properties we need to verify. Eventually, we may have to verify every service line in our system. Please use the links and attachments for more information.
