To All Homeowners:
March 1, 2024 is the last day to file for the Homestead Act with the county to be eligible for this year. If you are a new homeowner in the Borough or if you have not filed previously, please contact me for forms or go online at the Allegheny County website,

You MUST be the primary resident of the property for which you are filing.
